Today’s Video of the Day from the European Space Agency describes how the legacy of Rosetta continues, two years after the space mission ended.
Rosetta followed Comet 67P/Churyumov–Gerasimenko along its orbit around the Sun, documenting the comet’s surface changes, the dust and gases in its environment, and its interaction with solar wind.
While operations ceased in 2016, experts will be studying data collected by Rosetta for decades to come.
