Today’s Video of the Day comes from Lancaster University and reveals new insights into how we subconsciously engage with our phones.
According to new research, most people underestimate the amount of time they spend on their phones, but that their behavior is surprisingly consistent on a daily basis. In fact, future phone checking frequency can be predicted using very little data.
“Multiple checks could indicate an absent minded use of mobile phones, which is habitual and unconscious,” said Dr. Tom Wilcockson of Lancaster University.
