Today’s Video of the Day comes from ESA’s Space in Videos series and features a look at how much of Earth is covered in desert, water, and cloud cover.
The timelapse clip was created using images taken by ESA astronaut Thomas Pesquet on board the International Space Station. Pesquet is nearing the end of his six month Proxima mission.
