Today’s Video of the Day comes thanks to European Space Agency astronaut Thomas Pesquet on board the International Space Station. The clip features a look at Pesquet’s flight over the Nile River from space.
“A flight over the Nile into the darkness of the night. See how our solar panels track the Sun and get ready for the next sunlight? We get all our energy on the International Space Station from solar power,” Pesquet commented.
Pesquet will be on the International Space Station for six months while he completes his Proxima mission.
