Cephaloziella uncinata

Description

(Cephaloziellaceae, Marchantiophyta) has been observed in a peaty forest of a former loop of the Seine River (Seine-Maritime, Haute-Normandie). The criteria for a correct identification of this leafy liverwort, which is new to France, are discussed and compared synthetically to those of some close taxa.
