Description

Palaquium rivulare is a tree in the Sapotaceae family. It grows up to 20 metres (70 ft) tall. The bark is pale brown. Inflorescences bear up to 10 brownish flowers. The specific epithet rivulare is from the Latin meaning "inhabiting rivers". Habitat is mixed dipterocarp, limestone and riparian forests. P. rivulare is endemic to Borneo.
