(Cyrilla parvifolia)
(zone 6-9)- This species differs from C racemiflora in that it is smaller in stature and leaf size. It is predominantly an evergreen shrub, though some leaves will turn brilliant orange-red in late fall. The leaves are only 1/4- long, about half the size of -normal- Cyrilla. The stems are pink, and grow as long whips. The white flowers bloom on 3- long racemes in spring. A very low maintenance, easy to grow shrub in sun to part shade. [5'T X 5'W]
