Lesser stick-nest rat

Description

Leporillus apicalis is an extinct rodent from the genus Leporillus.The back is gray-brown,the underside is gray-white,with a gradual transition.The long,hairy tail is dark brown from top to bottom and white with a white plume.The head-body length is 170 to 200 mm,the tail length is 220 to 240 mm,the hindfoot length is 41 to 44 mm,the ear length is 27 to 33 mm and the weight is about 150 grams.Females do not have mamma on the chest and two pairs on the stomach.
