Description

The coludito de los pinos or tijeral de la araucarias ( Leptathenura setaria ) is a bird species of the Furnariidae family,found in Argentina and Brazil.It measures 17 cm in length.It has a prominent crest with a crown of black and whitish lines.The upper parts are mainly rufous-reddish-brown with a grayish-black head and superciliary whitish or light-to-light lines,the rufa tail with black central helmets;the lower parts are cinnamon with a light ochraceum,with blackish stripes on the chest,white throat with blackish sides and fawn crissum.
